Positional Skill Practices

​

Skill practices will be hosted on Monday and Wednesdays.  These practices are designed to teach and develop individual position based skills.

​

Mondays(defense) - Defensemen and Midfielders will work on approaches, checking, and footwork drills.  

​

Wednesdays (offense) - Attackmen and Midfielders will work on dodging, shooting, feeding and other offensive specific skills.

​

Team Practice

​

Team practices will take place on Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:30 at Merrimack Turf.  These practices will develop and incorporate team strategy and fundamentals.  

​

Small Sided Games 

​

Get your athlete extra game reps on Thursdays at Merrimack Turf.  Athletes will warm up for 30 minutes, followed by a 50 minute game.  

​

Full Field Games

​

Full field (10v10) games will be added to the schedule through out the season.
